What is the turnaround time on my copy?
Your hot-off-the-presses copy will typically have a 48-hour turnaround time from when the inquiry is received and all needed information/assets are collected. Edits will have a 36-hour turnaround time based on when the feedback is received.
What if I’m unhappy with the first draft?
No worries! Just like our favorite Friend Ross, we pivot. Our background in theatrics means that we are trained to take direction well and can easily convert your feedback into something that you are pleased with. Project rates typically come with two rounds of edits, and most of our retainer packages offer unlimited edits. Our goal is for you to be absolutely thrilled with your new copy, so if it’s not right - we’ll make it right.
